2. Member Deposit Terms and Conditions
  • Deposits can be used as credits for buying products in our shops. It cannot be applied to special sales, lucky bags that are lower than 50% off. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • The expiration date of the deposit will be determined by the level of membership at the time the deposit is made. Each deposit will be treated independently. The expiration of the membership will be extended with each deposit
  • Expired deposits will be removed from our system, and we are not responsible for any loss.
  • Members must provide a valid contact information. We are not responsible for any loss incurred because of us unable to reach out to our member. Please notify us if you have changed your contact information.  
  • A password must be entered to use your deposit. This information is confidential and should not be shared with third parties. If your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for losses incurred as a result of mishandling of information.
  • Organic mom is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances such as, but not limited to, natural disasters, vender distress, financial distress etc.
  • Organic mom reserves the right to amend member terms and conditions without notice.
  • In the event of any dispute, Organic mom have the final right of decision.

     2. 會員充值須知
    • 會員充值的訂金可做為購買產品在本公司旗下的店鋪使用. 充值訂金不適用於一口價,福袋和特價低過5折的產品. 訂金不能退還或轉讓
    • 充值的訂金有效期會根據充值會員級別而定. 每次再充值會以舊餘款或新充值期效較長者為有效期.
    • 過期未使用的訂金視為作廢.本公司不會承擔訂金逾期未用的責任
    • 會員須提供一個有效的聯絡電話和通訊方式. 如提供的聯絡資料不正確而無法接收我們發出的通知和信息,本公司將不會就此負責. 如聯絡方法更改,請連絡我們的職員
    • 使用充值訂金需設定預付密碼. 請妥善保管你的資料. 該帳戶和密碼僅限你本人持有,不得轉讓或出借給第三人. 如你發現帳戶被盜用,請立刻和店舖職員聯絡.
    • 本公司對於不可抗力之因素,無法使用系統所導致的直接,間接損失,不負任何責任.
    • 本公司保留隨時在不另行通知的情況下修改本條款及細則的權利
    • 如有任何爭議，本公司保留最終決定權
