How do I return?

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved


What items are returnable/exchangeable?


    Merchandise may be exchanged (subject to stock availability) within 10days of purchase provided that:

    (1) all tags, certificates, warranties, care instructions, product labeling, authenticity cards, extra buttons, hangers, dust bags and boxes (in the case of shoes) are intact and returned together with the Merchandise;

    (2) the original invoice is presented;

    (3) in the case of returns or exchanges of online purchases returned or exchanged in store, the order confirmation number of the online purchases is presented;

    (4) the Merchandise does not fall within the category of “Excluded Items” : underwears and final sales items. 

    (5) the Merchandise is in Sellable Condition as defined below; and

    (6) a completed returns form is presented.


    We do not accept returns unless it is due to quality issues of the product. Customers must follow the following steps in returning damaged goods.

    1. Fill out the return form with proof of damage.

    2. Once approved, our customer service representative will send you a confirmation with return waybill.

    3. Once we receive the damage goods, we will proceed with either a refund or exchange as indicated in the return form.

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
